The American Heart Association (AHA) Heartsaver course is a comprehensive training program designed for individuals with little or no medical training who need certification in CPR, AED use, and basic first aid. It equips participants with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations involving cardiac arrest, choking, and other life-threatening conditions. The course includes hands-on practice and covers adult, child, and infant CPR techniques, as well as proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). Upon successful completion, participants receive an AHA Heartsaver certification card, which is valid for two years.
